Your address and your city
A mailing address does not always tell you which city you are in. Palm Beach County has 39 municipalities, Broward has 31 and Miami-Dade has 35. Most of them have their own building department, and in unincorporated areas the county handles permits.
Permit rules differ from one to the next. We talk it through at the visit.
We have remodeled a bathroom in Parkland and kitchens in Miami and Coral Gables. See those projects.
