Kitchen remodeling in South Florida
New countertops and tile, and fresh paint. We look at the whole kitchen with you at the visit.
What goes into a kitchen
Every kitchen job starts from what you have and what you want. The work can include:
-
Countertops
New countertops.
-
Backsplash
Backsplash tile in the style you pick.
-
Tile floor
A tile floor if you want one.
-
Paint
Paint on the walls and trim to finish the room.
-
Cleanup
The kitchen gets cleaned up at the end.
-
One plan
What changes and in what order, agreed at the visit.
We do not take handyman calls or small repairs, like fixing one cabinet door or a leaky faucet. We do not do roofing.
What bothers you
Some kitchens work fine and just look tired. Others fight you every time you cook.
Either way, show us at the visit. We go over what can change, and the estimate covers the option you choose.
We see your kitchen first
We don't give prices over the phone or do online quotes. Christhian, the owner, comes to your home. You show us what bothers you about the kitchen and what you want instead. We look at the space.
After that we put together your estimate, based on your kitchen.
Have these ready
- Photos or links of kitchens you like
- Which appliances you are keeping and which are new
- Counters or tile you already picked, if any
- Your condo or HOA renovation rules, if you have them
- A rough idea of where you will cook while the kitchen is out
Tile included
Backsplash tile is part of our kitchen work, and so is a tile floor when the job calls for one. You do not need a separate tile setter.
Check the rules
In a condo, read the association rules before anything gets torn out. Many associations ask owners for a form that lists the scope of work and who is doing it.
Permit rules are set by each city, and by the county outside city limits. We talk through what your job may need at the visit.
Kitchens we remodel
We are based in West Palm Beach and remodel kitchens across South Florida, including kitchen remodels in Boca Raton and Wellington. Farther south, we work in Fort Lauderdale, and we have remodeled kitchens in Miami and Coral Gables. See the kitchen projects.
Doing more than the kitchen? Look at full home renovation, or interior painting if the rooms around it need fresh paint.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on what changes. New counters on their own are a shorter job than counters, backsplash, a tile floor and paint together. We talk timing through at the visit.
Can I use my kitchen during the remodel?
Not while it's torn out. Plan somewhere else to cook for that part of the job.
Can you keep my layout and replace the counters?
Yes. Plenty of kitchens keep their layout. We look at yours at the visit.
Do you install backsplash tile?
Yes. Backsplash tile is part of our kitchen jobs.
Can I get a quote online?
No. We price every kitchen after we see it in person.
