Estimates are not binding offers

We give estimates in person, after we visit your home and look at the work.

An estimate is not a binding offer or a contract. The price, scope and schedule of a project are set only in a written agreement signed by you and by us. If that written agreement and these terms ever conflict, the written agreement controls.

Sending a form, booking an estimate visit or messaging us does not create a contract. Nothing on this website is a price quote or a promise to do the work. The same goes for anything said in a call or message before there is a written agreement, including replies from our AI chat assistant.

Website content is general information

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not advice for your specific home or project. Only an in-person visit can show what your project needs.

Photos of our projects show our own work. Other images on the website, such as backgrounds, may be illustrations and not photos of a specific job. We do not publish homeowners' personal details with project photos.

We try to keep the website accurate, but it may contain mistakes or outdated information. We may change or remove content at any time.

No guarantee of availability

Showing a service or a city on this website does not mean we can take every project. Estimate visits, start dates and the projects we accept depend on our schedule and the details of each job. We may decline any project.

The website itself may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

Intellectual property

The Renova Pross name and logo, and the text, photos and design of this website, belong to Renova Pross or to the people who license them to us. You may view our pages and share links to them. You may not copy, change or use our content, name or logo for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

SMS messaging terms

Program name: Renova Pross project updates and appointment messages

How you sign up. You can sign up by checking the optional text message box on a form on our website. The box is not checked for you, and you do not have to check it to send the form.

What we send. Renova Pross sends text messages to the mobile number you gave us. Messages may include:

  • Replies to your inquiry
  • Estimate visit scheduling and reminders
  • Project updates
  • Occasional follow-ups about your inquiry or project

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Some replies may be written by an AI assistant in our messaging system.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry and your project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to cancel. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We may send one text to confirm that you opted out. After that, we will not text you unless you sign up again. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to get an estimate or to buy any service from us.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number. Only sign up with a mobile number that is yours or that you have permission to use. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP first or let us know.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, accurate or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Renova Pross is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of this website, or from text messages that are delayed or not delivered.

If you hire us, your written project agreement has its own terms, and this section does not change them. This section also does not limit any rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
