A bathroom job can include:

We do not take small jobs like a running toilet, a faucet on its own or one cracked tile. No handyman work and no roofing.
We set the tile
Tile is most of what you see in a bathroom. We set it on the floors and shower walls, so you don't hire a separate tile setter.
Plan for moisture
The EPA says to keep indoor humidity below 60 percent and to run the bathroom fan or open a window when you shower.
Paint dries slower in damp air, too. Paint makers' data sheets say high humidity stretches drying and curing times. At the visit we talk about ventilation and the right paint finish for your bathroom.

We don't quote bathrooms over the phone. Christhian, the owner, comes to your home and looks at the bathroom with you. Show us what you want gone and what you want instead.

Check the rules
Condo buildings run on their own rules. Before a renovation, confirm your association's documents allow the project. Most associations want a form with the scope of work and who is doing it.
Permit rules differ by city. We talk through what your bathroom may need at the visit.
