Estimates and visits
How do your estimates work?
We come to your home to see the space and hear what you want done. Then we put together your estimate. We don't give prices over the phone or online.
What should I have ready for the visit?
- The rooms you want done, even a rough list
- Photos or links of rooms and colors you like
- Materials you already picked or bought
- Your condo or HOA renovation rules, if you have them
- Everyone who needs to agree on the project, at home for the visit
Can I get an estimate in Spanish?
Sí. We speak English and Spanish, on the phone and at the visit.
Who comes and where
Which cities do you work in?
From the Orlando area and Tampa Bay down to Miami-Dade and the Keys. We're based in West Palm Beach, and our projects include a bathroom in Parkland and kitchens in Miami and Coral Gables. See our city pages.
Who comes to the visit?
Christhian Echeverri, the owner. Christhian visits every job before we price it. More about the owner.
Does my condo association need to approve the work?
Check your association's rules before any work. Most associations ask owners for a form with the scope of work and who is doing it.
The work
What kind of work do you do?
Full home renovations, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and interior painting. Tile and wallpaper work are part of those jobs.
Do you do small repairs or handyman work?
No. We do not take handyman calls or small repair jobs.
Do you do roofing?
No.
What about permits?
Permit rules differ by city, and by the county outside city limits. We talk through what your job may need at the visit.
During the job
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the job. We go over timing at the visit.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
Painting a few rooms isn't the same as a kitchen that's torn out or a full renovation. We talk it through at the visit so you can plan.
Do you clean up?
Yes. Cleanup is part of the job.
