Home remodeling in Coral Springs, FL
Remodeling in Coral Springs
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms in Coral Springs, and we also take on full renovations and interior painting. The price comes after we see the space.
Drawn before it was built
Coral Ridge Properties bought 3,869 acres from the Lyons family on December 14, 1961, and the city was chartered on July 10, 1963. Westinghouse bought the company in 1966.
Whole neighborhoods here came off one set of plans, so the house across the street often has your floor plan in reverse. That helps us read a kitchen quickly. It does not make two jobs the same.
Finished in 2003
Coral Springs reached residential build-out in 2003, and the 2020 census counted 134,394 people.
Almost nothing new goes up now, so the work here is redoing what already stands. An oak kitchen with a laminate top is a common starting point, and so is a bathroom with a fiberglass tub surround.
The city has rules about that
Coral Springs has long kept restrictions covering signs, exterior paint colors, where boats and recreational vehicles get parked, and landscaping. A question in the first Trivial Pursuit noted the city had the first McDonald's with no golden arches.
Those rules sit on the outside of the house and our work is inside it. What matters for your job is your own association: how the crew gets in and what hours work can run. Bring the paperwork to the visit.
Coral Springs runs its own
The Coral Springs Building Department reviews plans and issues building permits, and its inspectors come out to the job.
Rules are not the same in every Broward city. We go over what your job may need when we come out.
Half the street has the same floor plan. Do you have a set kitchen package?
No. Two families use the same plan differently. We look at how you cook and where you stand.
Our HOA wants paperwork before work starts.
That is normal here. Send us the form and tell us what it asks for. Most want the scope and the names of whoever is on site.
Can you just redo the tile in one bathroom?
Tile is part of a bathroom remodel for us. We don't take small patch jobs on their own.
Do you paint after the tile is in?
Yes. Paint goes last, once the dust has settled.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Christhian works in English and Spanish.
