What's on the list depends on the house. A full renovation with us can include:

The order of the work, room by room, so one room does not undo another.

Walls, ceilings, doors and trim, and wallpaper where you want it.

We do not do roofing, handyman calls or small repair jobs.
One house, one plan
A renovation has an order. Tile comes before paint, so tile dust doesn't land on a fresh coat.
We talk through which rooms will be torn up at the same time. That matters if you plan to stay in the house.
We walk the house first
We don't price a renovation over the phone. Christhian, the owner, comes to your home and walks it with you, room by room. You show us what you want changed. We look at the space and ask questions.
Then we put together your estimate, based on the rooms we walked through.
Have these ready
- A list of the rooms you want done. Rough is fine.
- Photos or links of rooms and colors you like.
- Any materials you already picked or bought.
- Your condo or HOA renovation rules, if you have them.
- Everyone who needs to agree on the project, home for the visit.
Tile and wallpaper included
Tile and wallpaper are part of how we renovate. Tile goes on bathroom floors, shower walls and backsplashes, and wallpaper on the walls you want to stand out.
Rules to check
In a condo, read the association rules before anything gets torn out. Many associations ask owners for a form that lists the scope of work and who is doing it.
Permit rules are set by each city, and by the county outside city limits. We talk through what your job may need at the visit.

How long does a full home renovation take?
It depends on the house and how much you change. We go over timing at the visit.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
That depends on which rooms are torn up at the same time. We'll work it out with you at the visit so you can plan.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
No. We price a renovation after we see the house.
Do you work outside West Palm Beach?
Yes, all over South Florida. We have remodeled a bathroom in Parkland and kitchens in Miami and Coral Gables. Ask about your city when you call.
