Home remodeling in Boca Raton, FL
Remodeling in Boca Raton
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms in Boca Raton, and we do full renovations and interior painting too. Before we give you a price, we come see the space.
Inside city limits?
The City of Boca Raton says a Boca Raton address does not necessarily mean you live inside city limits. Parts of Boca Raton are in unincorporated Palm Beach County and are served by the county.
That decides who handles your permits: the City of Boca Raton inside city limits, Palm Beach County outside them. The city's limits map shows which side you're on.
Permit rules differ, and we talk through what your job may need at the visit.
Two historic districts
Old Floresta became Boca Raton's first historic district in 1990. Addison Mizner's company announced houses there in 1925, built in a Spanish style with rough stucco walls and barrel tile roofs.
Pearl City, established in 1915, is the city's oldest community. It became a historic district in 2002 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2023.
Tell us when you book if your home is in Old Floresta or Pearl City.
Condo rules come first
Before a condo renovation, confirm your association's governing documents allow the project. Most associations ask owners for a form with the scope of work and who is doing it.
Floors can be an issue in stacked buildings because of noise. Some associations require soundproofing under hardwood floors, and some allow carpet only.
Bring your building's rules to the visit.
