This policy explains what information Renova Pross collects through our website, renovapross.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Renova Pross is a home renovation company serving Palm Beach County and South Florida. We do full home renovations, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and interior painting.

Renova Pross is the business name of The Wallpaper Pross LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Renova Pross.

What we collect and how

Information you give us

When you fill out an estimate or contact form on our website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your city or ZIP code
  • The service you want
  • Details about your project
  • Your preferred language
  • Whether you checked the optional box to receive text messages

When you send the form, a small script on our website passes this information to our customer relationship management system (CRM). Our CRM is GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector.

We also get information when you call or email us, or message us on WhatsApp or social media. This includes your contact details and anything you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, Hostinger may keep standard server logs when you visit. These can include your IP address, your browser type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit. These logs help keep the website working and secure.

When Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is active on our website, those tools also collect information about your visit using cookies. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your questions and requests
  • Schedule and confirm estimate visits at your home
  • Send you follow-up emails, and text messages if you agreed to receive them
  • Keep a record of our conversations with you
  • Plan and do the work if you hire us
  • See how people use our website and measure our ads
  • Keep our website working and secure
  • Follow the law and protect our legal rights

Our CRM stores your contact details, the messages we exchange with you and your estimate visit bookings.

We do not sell or rent the contact information you give us.

When we show photos of our projects on this website, we do not publish homeowners' names, addresses or other personal details.

AI assistant

We use an AI chat assistant that runs inside our CRM. It may answer messages you send us through our website, by text message or on social media. The assistant reads your message and writes a reply, and the conversation is saved in our CRM. If you would rather talk to a person, call us at (561) 933-2055.

Text messages (SMS)

Our website form has an optional box you can check to receive text messages from Renova Pross. The box is not checked for you. You do not have to check it to send the form or to hire us.

If you check it, we may text you about your inquiry and your project. These texts include replies to your inquiry, estimate visit scheduling and reminders, project updates and occasional follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You can also call or email us and ask us to stop.
  • Reply HELP to any text for help, or contact us at renovapross@gmail.com or (561) 933-2055.

We only text you if you agreed to receive texts, or to reply to a text you sent us first. We keep a record of your consent and our text conversations in our CRM.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your mobile phone number, your text message opt-in data and your consent. We share this information only with the service providers that help us send and deliver our text messages, such as our CRM provider and the phone companies that carry the messages. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Our website may use the tools below, which use cookies and similar technologies.

Google Analytics. It shows us how visitors use our website, such as which pages they view and how they found us. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel. It helps us measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and other websites. They use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads. You can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info/choices. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also change your ad settings in that account.

These tools may collect information about your activity on our website and on other websites over time.

Your cookie choices. You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can block cookies, delete them, or set your browser to warn you before a site stores one. If you block cookies, you can still read our website and contact us.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not currently respond to these signals.

Who we share information with

We share information only as described below.

  • Our CRM. Our CRM runs on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). It stores contacts and conversations and sends our emails and text messages. The marketing company that sets up and manages our website and CRM for us can also access it to do that work.
  • Our website host. Hostinger hosts our website and the script that sends your form to our CRM.
  • Messaging providers. Phone companies and messaging partners deliver the text messages we send.
  • Analytics and advertising providers. When Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is active, Google and Meta receive information about your visit, as described in "Cookies and analytics".
  • Legal requirements. We may share information when the law requires it, such as to answer a subpoena or court order. We may also share it to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any of these parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, do the work you hire us for, and keep business, tax and legal records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of that so we do not text you again by mistake.

Google and Meta keep analytics data under their own settings and policies.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and our CRM requires a login. No website, email or text message system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will always be safe.

Your choices

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Emails. Click the unsubscribe link in our emails, or email us and ask us to stop.
  • Access or deletion. Email renovapross@gmail.com to ask for a copy of the information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm who you are first. We may keep some information when the law requires it, or to remember that you asked us to stop contacting you.
  • Cookies. Use your browser settings or the opt-out links in "Cookies and analytics".

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp (a Meta service). It may also link to our Google Business Profile and our social media pages. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. For example, if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy covers that conversation. We are not responsible for how other companies handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
