Your association has rules
Many Wellington homes sit inside communities with their own associations. Palm Beach Polo alone lists more than 40 sub-communities, from estate homes to condos, and each neighborhood can have its own homeowners or condo association.
Get your association's rules before the visit. In a condo, most associations ask owners for a form with the scope of work and who is doing it.
Different homes
A patio home kitchen and an estate home kitchen aren't the same job. A townhouse bathroom shares walls with a neighbor. Whatever the house, we come see the space before we talk price.
Who handles permits
Wellington runs its own building permits. Outside city and village limits, Palm Beach County handles them.
